These terms cover your use of the Trix Score app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Trix Score is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which these terms supplement.
Trix Score helps you keep score for the traditional Middle-Eastern card game commonly known as Trix or Trex. "Trix" and "Trex" refer to that traditional game; the app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official organization, publisher, or brand. There is no gambling, real-money play, or wagering in the app.
Please don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and calculations will suit every house rule.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your data is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
