Trix Score

Privacy Policy

Effective 24 June 2026

Trix Score is a scorekeeper for the Trix / Trex card game, designed to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means for your privacy.

The short version

Trix Score does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you enter leaves your device unless you personally choose to share it.

What the app stores, and where

Your games and scores (player/team names, contracts, results) and your preferences (appearance, language, Live Activity toggle, onboarding state) are saved locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. We have no servers and cannot see any of it.

iCloud

When you're signed in to iCloud, your game data syncs through your own private iCloud account so it can appear on your other devices. This uses Apple's CloudKit private database: the data stays in your personal iCloud, is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms, and is not accessible to the developer. You can turn iCloud off for the app at any time in iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud.

Live Activity / Dynamic Island

When a game is in progress, the app can show the running score in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. This is generated and displayed locally; it is not sent anywhere. You can turn it off in the app's Settings.

Sharing

You can export a game summary as an image or PDF using the standard iOS share sheet. This only happens when you tap Share and choose a destination yourself.

Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no links out to the web or social media.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
